Student after completing the course:
In terms of knowledge:
• Knows and understands the terminology in the area of corporate management in the discipline of processes and management structures in corporations;
• Knows and understands the specifics, principles, procedures and practices relating to the corporation's operations, its key functions (operational, marketing, financial, personnel management) and its relations with the environment;
• Knows and understands technological, social, political, legal, economic and ecological processes and phenomena and their impact on the functioning of the corporation.
In terms of skills:
• Is able to correctly interpret technological, social, political, legal, economic, ecological processes and phenomena and their impact on the functioning of corporations, using the appropriate selection of sources;
