Student after completing the course:
In terms of knowledge:
• Knows and understands at an advanced level the terminology regarding taxes and public finances in the field of economics and finance and in complementary disciplines (management and quality sciences, legal sciences) (S4_W01).
• Knows and understands at an advanced level the principles, procedures and practices relating to taxes and public finances (S4_W02).
• Knows and understands at an advanced level economic theories and models relating to taxes and public finances (S4_W03).
• Knows and understands at an advanced level technological, social, political, legal, economic and ecological processes and phenomena as well as their impact on taxes and public finances (S4_W05).
In terms of skills:
• Is able to correctly interpret technological, social, political, legal, economic and ecological processes and phenomena and their impact on taxes and public finances, using the appropriate selection of sources. (S4_U02).
• Is able to plan and organize own and team work (S4_U04).
In terms of attitudes:
• Is ready to assess and critically approach situations and phenomena related to taxes and public finances (S4_K01).

Assessment criteria
Written completion of the course, in electronic form on the Kampus-Exams platform, taking place in Aula B of the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. The final grade is based on a single choice test. The method of calculating the grade for the final test:
0 – 54,9% grade 2.0
55,0 – 64,9% grade 3.0
65,0 – 74,9% grade 3.5
75,0– 84,9% grade 4.0
85,0 – 94,9% grade 4.5
95,0 - 100% grade 5.0
