(in Polish) Przywództwo i praca w zespołach 2600-DMdz1PPZ
The course aims to develop students' practical skills necessary for effective collaboration and leadership in teams. The course focuses on deepening knowledge about the mechanisms of group functioning and developing interpersonal skills, which form the foundation of effective teamwork and leadership. Particular emphasis is placed on understanding team dynamics, team development, and the factors determining effective collaboration.
The course is entirely workshop-based and based on active learning methods. Participants acquire knowledge through experience – observing, analyzing, and interpreting processes occurring within the group. Teamwork allows them to reflect on their own communication style, functioning, and impact on other group members. During the course, students learn to recognize the stages of team development, adopt various group roles, and adapt behaviors and decisions to the current situation.
The course is a coherent educational package, combining theory with practice and enabling students to deepen their awareness of their own competencies in teamwork and leadership.
The program includes:
1. Integration and building safety in a group/team
2. Team communication
3. Group/team development phases
4. Group/team roles
