Learning outcomes
K_W01 – The student demonstrates a thorough understanding of research methodology and terminology within the discipline of management and quality sciences and in complementary disciplines (economics and finance, legal studies), particularly the use of quantitative analysis tools.
K_W03 – The student demonstrates a thorough understanding of economic theories and models (particularly those constructed using analytical methods) related to the functioning of a business organization.
K_U02 – The student is able to correctly interpret technological, social, political, legal, economic, and ecological processes and phenomena, and their impact on the functioning of an organization and the entire economy, using appropriate computational methods.
K_K01 – The student is ready to evaluate and critically approach situations and phenomena related to the functioning of an organization, sector, and the entire economy using quantitative models.
Assessment criteria
During the semester, students are required to write two tests consisting of open-ended calculation problems; to pass, a minimum score of 60% is required for each test.
Practical placement
Internship is not required to complete the course.
