By the end of this course, students will be able to:
1. Understand the key concepts and historical background of logotherapy.
2. Identify and apply the core techniques of logotherapy: dereflection, paradoxical intention, and Socratic dialogue.
3. Relate logotherapy to clinical practice, especially in existential crises, depression, and anxiety.
4. Connect logotherapeutic ideas with the PERMA model of well-being from positive psychology.
5. Reflect on their own sources of meaning and how these can be cultivated in therapy and life
