The learning of coaching as a method is conducted by means of presenting the cases studies. During classes the actual and past coaching processes are elaborated. The course of given coaching process is being analyzed also the problem understanding and client’s goal and possible methods of proceeding. |

Learning outcomes
Knowledge:
- concerning coaching as a method its process and coach role,
- enabling to differentiate the coaching client from the psychotherapy client.
Attitudes:
- responsibility and professionalism in coaching undertaking
- careens about coaching process course,
- mindfulness for adjusting work style to ethic rules,
- treating coach observations and information provided by client as guidelines toward applying, the closest to the clients’ needs, work patterns.
Skills:
- process understanding,
- observing important diagnostic process’ elements also client’s and coach’s emotional state,
- communicating to the client the decisions concerning the contract, in this: not undertaking or terminating it.
