Learning outcomes
Knowledge:
- concerning coaching as a method, process, possible levels of a change and interventions.
Attitiudes:
- responsibility and professionalism in undertaking a coaching,
- treating the coach observations and clients’ information as an indicator for adjusting the best methods of work with a client.
Skills:
- of building a contact with a client,
- of gathering information of client’s needs, and asking questions,
- of determining the coaching target,
- of diagnosing the level of change in the course of a coaching,
- of conducting an intervention and coaching techniques.
