Term 2024Z:
Classes relate to group trainings and workshops: integration classes; interpersonal training, specific skills workshops, support groups and personal development groups.. The aim of the course is to familiarize participants with the general principles and methods of psychological work with the group and the specificity of conducting selected types of training groups. The emphasis is on the psychologist's tools (including the more or less directive role of the lecturer, the purpose and manner of organizing classes, selection of exercises, introduction of instructions, summaries), and not on specific content or scenarios of each type of classes (of which there is a huge variety and which in these classes will be cited only by way of example). During the course, students must prepare and lead (in pairs) and lead selected 3-hour classes. Participants and the instructor provide feedback. |
