Psychological competencies in a group work – workshop 2500-PL-PS-SP309-25

A profesional soft skills trainer or coach is required to have and be able to use many basic psychological skills such as: listening, engaging, clear verbal communicating, being aware of their own emotions, expresing themselves, and a dealing with difficult situations during trainings. During these classes will excercise all of the above skills, enlarging our knowledge and understanding of them through useful literature, theories and techniques. The classes require the student to read systematically and take active participation.
The classes take place in 3 hours blocks through 7-8 weeks.
