Thus, to show what goals coaching in the organization can serve, what are its conditions and determinants of its effectiveness. The lecture provides knowledge about coaching, definitions, approaches, types of coaching, as well as planning and implementing coaching in the organization. Indicates key benefits for people and organizations from using coaching. It also draws attention to the challenges and limitations associated with the use of coaching in the development of human resources in organizations. |
