Self-reflection is an important and he most accessible development tool. A careful insight seems to be a necessary basis for conscious choices and any kind of contact with other people. It is an important element in the development of many competences necessary in the profession of psychologist. That is why the training is addressed to students of the Support of Personality Development specialization as an important supplement to competences related to conducting trainings, trainings and coaching sessions. Important elements of self-awareness include knowledge of one's own needs and ways of satisfying them, the ability to recognize one's own emotions and their regulation, or awareness of individual patterns of response in various situations. In the modern world full of stimuli, requiring us to react quickly, we rarely ask ourselves "What do I feel?", "What is happening to me?", "What is important to me?", "What does he need?". Often, we also lack the tools and skills to reach answers to such questions. Thanks to the various techniques used during training, students will be able to develop the ability to consciously look into themselves. The goal of the training is to build and strengthen self-awareness in various areas of life, strengthen the habit of attentive and conscious observation of yourself, and develop empathy, kindness and authentic understanding for yourself and other people. |
