Term 2023Z:
Training is an opportunity to get to know yourself and how you function in a group. Interactions that take place in a group give participants the opportunity to see how they function in it, how they communicate and how it affects other people. It serves to deepen the awareness of one's own thoughts, feelings and behaviors, to better understand oneself and other people and to experiment with new, more beneficial ways of contact. By personal participation in the group process, knowledge about the functioning of groups and factors operating in the group can be deepened. |
