Training iterpersonalny 2500-PL-PS-SP309-03
The aim of the training is to expand the pool of personal experiences and skills in recognising, becoming aware of, naming and experiencing emotions resulting from contact with another person and with a group.
The training is an opportunity to get to know yourself and your way of functioning in a group. The interactions that take place in the group give participants the opportunity to look at how they function in it, how they communicate and how this affects other people. It serves to deepen the awareness of your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, to better understand yourself and other people and to experiment with new, more beneficial ways of contact.
Interpersonal training has no structure and a planned course, although it does not exclude elements of psychoeducation. It is up to the participants what will happen during the meeting itself. In a safe environment, each participant has the opportunity to get to know themselves better and examine their behaviours.
It is mainly focused on the development of interpersonal skills, less on working on individual areas. The training is not psychotherapeutic in nature.
