The lecture is an introduction to issues related to the use of psychology for the purposes of justice. The diversity of psychologist's tasks in this area, the need for narrow specialization and the need to use basic psychological knowledge in a specific context will be particularly exposed. The applications of psychology in the judicial procedure - criminal, civil and family. Issues related to prison psychology, i.e. the process of rehabilitation of convicted persons and the participation of a psychologist, will also be addressed. |

He is well-minded about the basic theories of crime and the legal concepts of psychological opinion for the purposes of justice. He knows the principles of preparing a psychological forensic opinion. He knows how to determine the place and roles of a psychologist in various departments of justice.
