Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student:
- can identify the key tasks of people performing managerial and / or leadership function,
- knows the most important theories of leadership and is able to use them to analyze the organizational or social situation, and use them to build feedback and recommendations for leaders, managers or organizations.
