Learning outcomes
Knowledge:
After completing the course, the student knows the basic concepts and concepts of psychological description of people's functioning in organizations
Attitudes:
After completing the course, the student evaluates the acquired knowledge, maintaining an understanding and sensitive attitude to the good of the individual.
Skills:
After completing the course, the student uses the acquired knowledge to describe, explain and interpret the problems of the organization.
Assessment criteria
The grade is formulated on the basis of the final test result.
The test will include material from lectures and compulsory literature
