- presentation of interviews conducted by students
- description of the paths of professional development of psychologists
- identification of perceived competences as necessary for their implementation
4. Ideas for future work / professional role:
- encouraging reflection and / or clarifying ideas about your own professional work in the future
- finding a starting point for building a development plan
5. Different ways of developing and broadening qualifications:
- familiarizing with the areas of psychology applications
- general discussion of the specifics of competences in various areas
- learning about legal regulations related to the performance of work in various specialties

6. Vocational networks and training:
- expanding knowledge about psychologists' associations and industry and publicly available social networks
- ways of using social networks in the context of a professional career,
- increasing the ability to use information about organizations and networks in planning your own career and implementing career plans
7. Entrepreneurship:
- learning about different forms of doing business,
- their advantages and disadvantages for various purposes of professional development (products, services),
- basics of legal and administrative knowledge related to starting a business.
8. Job search:
- experience of critical analysis of job offers and confronting them with your own capabilities,
- broadening the range of own possibilities, perceived as important for getting a full-time job.
9. Work at the University of Warsaw - not only learning:
- the scientific path of professional development (legal acts, subsequent stages, possible jobs),
- development opportunities within the University Center for Technology Transfer and the Incubator of the University of Warsaw.
10 and 11. Psychological service as a product:
- services / products building scheme (Design Thinking),
- description of the specific service resulting from the development plan.
12. Personnel SWOT:
- familiarization with the SWOT scheme (Strengths - Weaknesses - Opportunities - Threats) and its various applications,
- carrying out a SWOT analysis regarding own professional plans and personal capabilities.
13 and 14. Presentation and discussion of individual professional development plans:
- preparing a realistic plan of own professional development for the coming years,
- obtaining feedback from the teacher and classmates.

Assessment criteria
1. Activity in the preparation of homework and during classes (30% of the grade)
2. Final essay describing the individual professional development plan (70% assessment)
