Term 2023L:
Classes are addressed to students who want to learn how to deal better with tension, stress and frustration. Participants will learn where they accumulate tensions in their body and how they can be prevented or eliminated. Students will learn relaxation and breathing techniques, they will have the opportunity to try meditation and visualizations. They will learn to recognize their limiting beliefs and how to change them into supportive thoughts. |

Learning outcomes
KNOWLEDGE - Students:
• know what stress is, what are the possible causes and consequences of stress,
• know selected breathing, relaxation, meditation and visualization techniques,
• know what supporting and limiting beliefs are and how they can affect one’s life.
SKILLS - Students:
• know how to identify tensions in their bodies,
• can use selected breathing, relaxation, meditation and visualization techniques,
• are able to transform limiting beliefs into supporting beliefs.
SOCIAL COMPETENCES – Students:
• understands the need for continuous learning,
• perceives stress as a complex phenomenon,
• perceives stress management as a holistic and individual process.
