Students successfully completing this course will:
Knowledge
• have knowledge of the theoretical, philosophical and psychological foundations of the mindfulness trend
• they have knowledge about the genesis of the method and its development in a historical context
• have knowledge of the various uses of mindfulness
• know the results of scientific research on the effectiveness of mindfulness-based methods in various areas of human functioning
Skills
• practice mindfulness in their own lives
• use different ways of practicing mindfulness, both formal and informal
• constantly develop the habit of conscious observation of their functioning in various areas
Competences
• use their knowledge and skills for their own development and well-being
