Learning outcomes

- has extended knowledge about affective states and their effect on behavior (K_W09)
- has extended knowledge about determinants and consequences of individual differences in behavior (K_W11)
• in terms of skills
- be able to set and maintain contact with other people, listen actively, and give feedback (K_U01)

- is able to initiate, prepare, and conduct a discussion. Additionally, a participant is able to take part in a constructive discussion; Finally, a student is able to listen other people’s discussion with attention and respect (K_K06).
