Social Psychology Workshop 2500-PL-F6-03
Social psychology workshop supplements the obligatory course in social psychology. The workshop participants will have a chance to read classic and contemporary academic texts in social psychology and critically evaluate them in class.

Learning outcomes
Knowledge:
After completing the course the students: (1) know the fundamental theoretical orientations within social psychology; (2) are familiar with a selection of classic and contemporary academic texts in social psychology; (3) understand basic terminology in social psychology
Skills:
After completing the course the students: (1) are able to take part in a group discussion about academic texts; (2) are able to critically evaluate academic texts in psychology
Social skills:
After completing the course the students: (1) know how to use social psychological theory to interpret real-world, everyday phenomena; (2) are capable of productively working in a group setting.
Assessment criteria
In aim to pass the course the students must: (1) read all the obligatory readings; (2) do homework as assigned; (3) write an essay.
