Students must respect the principles of academic integrity. Cheating and
plagiarism (including copying work from other students, internet or other
sources) are serious violations that are punishable and instructors are
required to report all cases to the administration.
Learning outcomes
The course develops the ability to analyze and classify organizational
dysfunction using psychological theories and empirical research. It builds
competence in applying diagnostic tools to identify dysfunctional
leadership, toxic cultures, communication breakdowns, and resistance to
change. Emphasis is placed on designing evidence-based interventions to
address dysfunction, promoting psychological safety, ethical conduct, and
organizational well-being. The course also enhances critical understanding
of the psychological implications of artificial intelligence and automation
in contemporary work environments
