Learning outcomes Upon completion of this course, students will
- demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the basic assumptions of psychoeducational groups at work, the role of training goals and objectives, and of group dynamic process and its relationships with learning process,
- be able to formulate the learning goals and objectives that fits the learning needs of the group,
- be able to propose the learning techniques in line with educational objectives and group dynamic.
