Term 2023:
Function: teaching basic psychological skills; initial orientation in potential paths of professional development. The forms of organizing the preliminary internship are: a) Individual internship - student initiates the signing of an agreement with the Institution, and the Faculty is responsible for substantive and organizational supervision over the course of the internship, b) Organized internship - student uses the offer of internships prepared by the Faculty of Psychology or by the Office for Vocational Promotion of Graduates (BZPA), resulting from the concluded long-term contracts, c) As part of the activities organized by the University for the University and beyond, enabling the achievement of the objectives of the internship in accordance with the curriculum at studies organized by the Faculty of Psychology of the University of Warsaw, including: implementation of projects as part of the activities of science clubs, participation in the implementation of research and development of the research projects, participation in projects commissioned by the University, e.g. implementation projects, organizing meetings with high school students, participation in campaigns promoting the University, organizing the University's scientific life. Students can do internships in: a) institutions of their own choice, in accordance with the profile of studies. Organizing an internship may also be a result of the student's initiative, in cooperation with organizational units of the University, but requires approval by the Vice-Dean for Student Affairs or the Internship Plenipotentiary, b) in foreign institutions (including European Union institutions) - internships may take place within the framework of European Union programs, foreign exchanges addressed to students, c) in institutions from the offer of internships, presented by the Internships plenipotentiary, heads of relevant specializations or an electronic database created by the Office for Professional Promotion of Graduates (BZPA) at the University.
