Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
1. Define and explain the six core processes of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): acceptance, defusion, self-as-context, values, committed action, and present moment awareness.
2. Demonstrate proficiency in applying ACT techniques through role-playing and experiential exercises.
3. Analyze and identify psychological inflexibility in case studies and real-life scenarios.
4. Develop and implement intervention strategies based on ACT principles to address specific psychological challenges.
5. Critically evaluate the effectiveness of ACT interventions in promoting psychological flexibility.
6. Integrate ACT methodologies into personal and professional practice to enhance well-being and therapeutic outcomes.
