 Develop a research idea into testable/ operationalized predictions (hypotheses)
 Test hypotheses selecting an appropriate experimental design
 Work with research participants in accordance with applicable ethical standards
 Clearly communicate orally and in writing (following APA-style), the rationale of a research idea and hypotheses, and the results of a study and the interpretation of these
