Learning outcomes
Upon completing the course, the student will be able to present the main problems and trends of political economy and their impact on economic policy. He/she will also be able to present an analysis of the role of the government, political institutions, collective decision-making mechanisms, interest groups, distribution of income and wealth, etc.

Assessment criteria
The course consists of a lecture and classes. Before taking the exam, it is necessary to pass the classes (i.e. obtain a positive grade). The final grade is composed of the results of the exam and classes. In total from the exam and classes you can get a maximum of 100 points.
The final exam is a written exam and you can obtain a maximum of 60 points for it. The condition for obtaining a positive final grade is to receive at least 31 points on the exam.
