After the course the student is able to:
- present acquired knowledge of project management
- define the stages of project management
- prepare a product description for the finished product and the product structure diagram.
- plan product works within the project
- describe the success factors of the project,
- describe the project management processes,
- create an organizational structure for the defined project
- analyze risk in the project,
- examine the stakeholders and assess their impact on the project
- build risk analysis forms
- draw up timetables for the implementation of the work in the project
- assess the status of the project,
- evaluate the relevance of the project using financial assembly,
- identify the profiles of the benefits of the program.

Assessment criteria
Assessment is based on two tests:
I Project created within a group of 2 persons, for which one can get 50% points of the final evaluation grade.
II Test of acquired knowledge, for which one can get 50% points of the final evaluation grade.
