Description of competence training:
During the course students will take part in a series of games and workshops to provide them with practical knowledge about teamwork, negotiation, conflict solution, project & time management in a demanding work environment, assertiveness, verbal and non-verbal interpersonal communication, team management, etc. A set of games is changed annually at the discretion of the instructors to match the level and type of games to the dynamics of the group and to prevent anticipation and adjustment to potential game results.
