Knowledge:
• student knows the basic types of public procurement
• student understands the financial rules applying the principles of competition and public procurement law
• student knows rules on state aid and “de minimis” aid
Skills:
• students are able to select a suitable public contract mode
• The student is able to prepare assumptions for the Specification of the Terms of Procurement preparation
• The student is able to calculate the amount of “de minimis” aid for companies
Social competence - attitudes:
• The student is able to ensure objectivity when making purchases with public funds
• The student is able to communicate the need for comprehensive tender selection criteria, taking into account both the criterion of efficiency and effectiveness
• The student is able to correctly identify the types of possible public aid
