Communication and Autopresentation 2400-DS1CA
The course focuses on developing practical communication and self-presentation skills. Students learn how to:
• define presentation goals and identify the features of a good presentation,
• design speeches based on different structures and planning methods,
• apply principles of clear and persuasive verbal and non-verbal communication,
• practice active listening and provide constructive feedback,
• use techniques of asking questions and formulating answers,
• consciously shape their self-presentation—its goals, methods, and structures,
• develop a personal brand in the context of academic and professional careers.
Classes are practice-oriented and include public speaking exercises, group presentations, case study analysis, and teamwork.
The primary role of the course is to develop and enhance participants’ communication and self-presentation skills in their professional life.
