Research project 2300-S2-PROJ-BAD
The aim of the course is to carry out an independent research project in the field of andragogy, focusing, for example, on developmental needs, educational expectations, and changes occurring in the labor market from the perspective of both employers and employees. The course has a practical and interdisciplinary character—it combines theoretical knowledge with research and analytical skills.
The research project provides an opportunity to develop academic interests and enhance methodological competencies in the planning and implementation of research within the field of adult education. Throughout the course, skills are developed in formulating research problems, selecting appropriate research methods and techniques, designing tools, and collecting and analyzing empirical data. The project also enables the improvement of competencies related to interpreting research results and presenting them in the form of a research report. Particular emphasis is placed on the development of critical thinking skills, rigorous source analysis, and an ethical approach to the research process.
