Theories and Models of Alternative Education 2300-S2-MEA-TiMEA
The aim of the course is to introduce students to key issues in alternative education and to develop skills in critically analyzing selected topics in this field. The course will be conducted through discussions, video analysis, and group work. An innovative aspect of the course is the absence of traditional literature – students will rely exclusively on podcasts.
Students have the opportunity to choose a podcast that aligns with their interests, allowing for personalized learning and greater engagement. The chosen podcast will serve as the basis for the group’s preparation of their own teaching sessions and the development of an innovative educational tool in the form of a didactic game. The course aims to enhance teamwork skills, foster creative approaches to educational challenges, and prepare original teaching materials related to alternative education.
