The purpose of the course is to create opportunities for creative musical expression of students by: organization of performances - eg, evening of singing poetry or animation of common carol singing during the Faculty Eve, as well as integration of music with other artistic activities: recitation of poetry, elements of theater, stage design and artistic interpretation of music. Classes create opportunities for multilateral creative activity of students in the field of music - singing to the accompaniment of the guitar, making music together with percussion instruments, as well as the education of aesthetic culture of students in the field of music, listening to music to participate in the concerts. They will get acquainted with the basic issues of musical education, the history of music, textbooks of musical education, and acquire the elementary qualification of being an art mandate. Create multimedia presentations about the history of music and its creators.

Learning outcomes
The student will acquire skills in singing with guitar accompaniment, joint music with percussion instruments, knowledge of the basic issues of musical education, knowledge of current music education manuals. He will gain an insight into the history of music, the importance of musical expression in the life and education of the child and the student
Assessment criteria
The basic condition of credit is the presence and active participation in music classes and performances (allowed two unjustified absences). As part of the credit students make presentations about the history of music and its creators, as well as projects of musical activities at the Faculty of Education Forum. They present the project of artistic activities with children and youth in the form of an outline. The grading scale in accordance with the scale adopted at the UW.
