MS2-Development of media literacy 2300-NZ2-MS2-ARM-KK
During the classes participants will discuss the meaning of media competences in the fluent modernity, and the role of self-education as a component in the processes of creative participation in cyberculture. In order to identify the difficulties associated with individual acquisition of competences, students shall undertake self-education activities in a selected field. The conclusions drawn from those experiences shall be an inspiration to determine the conditions of self-education.

Knowledge, student:
• explains the meaning of complementarity of the education and self-education process.
Skills, student:
• presents an initial level of their competences in the chosen field and specifies development paths;
• undertakes actions in the area of self-education, points out difficulties he/she experiences, addresses them and propose potential solutions;
• systematically publishes the effects of their actions on social media; and scope of activity allow for development in accordance with their own needs and predispositions
• conducts an evaluation of the progress achieved;
Social competence, student:
• speaks out in discussions, argues their own point of view;
• cooperates with people and organizations, whose competences
Assessment criteria
The student is obliged to:
