Lesson outside school 2300-N-FAK-ASK2
As part of the classes, students will learn about the various options for conducting lessons with students outside of school. They will take part in creating a museum lesson outline.
Through the practical experience of the lecturer, they will learn what the work of the person who conducts the classes looks like. They will learn what problems a person working with students may encounter who is not at the same time a teacher of this group of children or youth.
Students will visit selected institutions (Royal Castle in Warsaw, Zoological Garden in Warsaw) and public places (Łazienki Park, Powązki Cemetery).
During classes, the problem of coping with stress and stage fright will be raised. The student will find out what are the differences in working with children, young people, adults and pensioners. He will also learn what are the rules for working with people with different types of disabilities.
The student will learn how to handle conflict in a group. How to encourage recipients to actively participate in classes. How to include the carers of a given group in the classes, etc.

Can write lesson plans outside of school.

Can apply different work techniques depending on the participants.
Social competence:
Is aware of his skills and knows what deficiencies he has.
Can take on various roles during classes to empathize with other people's situations.
Is aware of the importance of lessons outside of school in shaping attitudes.
Assessment criteria
Active participation in classes. Student's commitment and ingenuity in preparing lessons outside of school will be assessed. Credit based on class activity and conducted classes.
