MS4-Logistics of learning processes 2300-MS4-OED-LO
The aim of the course is to bring students closer to he concept of logistics and will characterize the basic elements of the logistics process. Students participating in classes will also learn the rules of organizing educational activities for adults, taking into account their age, sex, education and life situation. In addition, students learn the methods and tools for analyzing the effectiveness of the logistics process implemented in educational situations. The participants will learn the rules for collecting information necessary to organize an educational activity.

Knowledge
The Student:
- explains the concept of logistics and the educational process;
- characterizes the basic elements of training logistics (internal and open training);
- knows the rules for organizing educational activities for adults;
- knows the methods and tools for analyzing the effectiveness of the logistics process implemented in educational situations;
- understands the principles of selecting educational solutions to the needs of adults, taking into account their age, sex, education, and life situation.
Skills
Student:
- knows how to choose appropriate activities to support learning processes adequately to adults;
- knows how to gather various information necessary to organize an educational activity;
- knows how to plan and organize an educational situation of a certain type;
- knows how to use logistics knowledge to organize an educational situation.
Social competences
The student:
- appreciates the need for lifelong learning;
- can act in a planned manner;
- has a sense of responsibility for the quality of educational activities and products offered to the lerners.
Assessment criteria
Attendance (two unexcused absences allowed) and successful preparation of series of tasks.
