MS4-Specialization module 3 – Organizing the learning processes 2300-MS4-OED
The aim of the module is to prepare students to organize educational initiatives for adults with diverse characteristics, cognitive needs, and educational expectations.
The student will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary to design educational activities, prepare and conduct them collaboratively, and select the most effective method to promote their project.

Knowledge:
The student knows and understands:
• the specifics of adult learning and understands the principles of selecting educational solutions according to their needs (K_W04);
• the principles for selecting methods and forms offered by institutions conducting educational activities for adults (K_W06);
• civilizational changes influencing the organization of educational processes in various institutions (K_W07).
Skills:
The student is able to:
• choose organizational activities that support adult learning processes, appropriately tailored to the characteristics of adult participants: age, gender, education level, and life situation (K_U05);
• identify and analyse the causes of educational problems and difficulties among various adult groups (K_U01);
• collect and critically analyse information necessary to organize and evaluate an educational activity (K_U02);
• apply acquired knowledge to independently plan and organize a specific type of educational situation for a defined group of adult learners (age, gender, education) (K_U05);
• using basic applied research, diagnose the educational needs of adults and plan how to present an educational product to both individual and group recipients (K_U04);
• work in project teams (including in a leadership role), achieving the designated educational goals (K_U07);
• communicate precisely with others and present their own position, taking into account the needs of various stakeholders (K_U07).
Social competences:
The student demonstrates a readiness to:
• engage in lifelong learning, considering both current and long-term educational goals (K_K01);
• use scientific knowledge and actively and reliably seek it in case of difficulties in solving a problem independently (K_K02);
• cooperate and build relationships with others to complete assigned tasks or solve problems encountered by adults from various social groups (K_K03);
• take initiative for the benefit of the social environment (K_K04);
• observe ethical principles in organizing and presenting educational products and services to adult learners (K_K05);
• take responsibility for the quality of the educational activities and products offered (K_K05).
Assessment criteria
Design and organization of educational activities for a selected group of adults: the task will be carried out in teams. The assessment will focus on: the substantive content of the project, its relevance to the characteristics of the target group, the ability to divide tasks and work collaboratively, and the appropriate promotion of the activities.
