MS4-Specialization module 3 – Organizing the learning processes 2300-MS4-OED
The aim of the module is to prepare students to develop educational programs for different groups of adults (who have different needs and expectations towards adult education). The student will be equipped with knowledge and abilities which allow him or her to design an independent educational program, and collectively conduct the activity, as well as be able to choose the best way in which the program may be promoted

1. know: the specifics of adult learning and understands the procedure behind choosing educational solutions appropriate to the needs of certain profiles of adult learners
2. posseses structuralized knowledge relating to preparation of educational activities for adult people
The student possess basic knowledge in the area of adult education marketing, related to the behaviors of buyers; strategies allowing them to cope with competition; educational product as an element of the marketing mix; promotional mix
student Abilities: the student:
1. can choose educational activities which facilitate adult learning properly to the features of adult participants (age, sex, education, life situation)
2. can collect information which is necessary in order to organize educational activities
3. is able to: apply acquired knowledge in order to plan and arrange the educational situation for a specific group of participants (age, sex, level of education)
Recognises the necessity of lifelong learning
4. can use different marketing techniques in order to design ways, in which the educational product may be presented to potential buyers
5. is able to prepare strategies directed to promote educational products, according to different target groups
6. can present his or her point of view regarding the value of educational products, using different ways of communicating and communication patterns
Social competences: the student
1. Recognises the necessity of lifelong learning
2. can interact with others in order to carry out the tasks
3. is able to function according to the plan
4. Presenting educational products and services, he or she observes ethical rules
5. has the sense of responsibility for the quality of educational services and products that are offered
Assessment criteria
Designing the project of educational activities for a specific group of adults: it will be a team task; the evaluation will comprise of: factual value(s) of the project, relevance to the profile of the target group; ability to share the assignments; promotion of the activities
