Analysis of the composition of elements and compounds that make up the human work situation. Classification of relatively constant properties that determine the different types of work situations.
2. Specificity of the technical and organizational conditions in each type of work situation. Determining the possibilities of optimizing individual elements.
3. Classification of types of professional tasks. Characteristics of human functioning in the model and real aspects.
4. Man as an employer. Analysis of functional functional adequacy in relation to individual types of work situation and type of professional tasks.
5. Human preferences for the structure of the work situation. A system of values that make up the work situation and determines the importance of particular types of work.
6. Diagnosis of the educational needs of man in the process of professional development.
7. Models of educational activity of man in working situation
8. Scheme of work and its properties and non-educational solutions, compensating incomplete (both external and internal) professional adjustment.
9. Identification of selected techniques for diagnosis of human characteristics and work situation. Analysis of the adequacy of known solutions in the aspect of full professional adaptation.

Assessment criteria
Written pass. Multiple choice test.
Each answer is scored from -2 to 2 points. that is, for indicating the answer "at random" points are subtracted. For the lack of indication, zero is set, and positive points are set for the correct answer.
In the test, a maximum of 2 points can be obtained for a correct answer.
The test is passed if the student gets at least 60 percent points
