Handicraft laboratory 2300-MS2/ASK-L-LR
During the classes, students learn selected techniques of handcrafting. They acquire the skills to create selected handicraft products and carry out a project using the learned techniques.
The techniques used include sewing, creating objects made of string and yarn using crochet or knitting needles, macramé, embroidery.

Knowledge
The student:
- knows basic handicraft techniques;
- knows what functions craftsmanship has performed over the centuries;
- knows what upcycling is;
- knows what forms of handicraft can be used to work with a group according to their age and level of advancement.
Skills:
The student:
- recognizes basic handicraft forms;
- is able to make a handicraft work using the learned techniques;
- is able to plan and carry out a handicraft project (including upcycling) using selected forms and techniques of handicraft.
Assessment criteria
- Active participation in classes (maximum 2 absences).
- Documenting activities in the field of handicraft products on an ongoing basis.
- Preparation and carrying out a handicraft project.
