1. Leadership as a process
2. Features and determines leadership in competences context
3. Evolution of a leadership process
4. Individual and non-individual conditions of effective leadership
5. Leader’s responsibilities at every stage of the training: preparation, implementation and evaluation
6. Leadership capacity and planning for its development
7. Ethical behavior in the work of a trainer

1. define tasks and propose optimal leadership behavior and indicate the potential effect of the decision,
2. at every stage of the training: preparation, implementation and evaluation
3. analyze his/her own leadership potential and plan its development
social competences: the student
1. understands the need for updating his/her knowledge and improving his/her skills in leading others
2. appreciates the importance of ethical behavior in the work of a trainer
Assessment criteria
A. Presence and active participation in classes.
B. Preparation and presentation of a project during the classes.
C. Up to 2 absences.
