(in Polish) Animacja grup zadaniowych 2300-MPRJ-AGZ
The aim of the classes is to improve the social skills of the participants and to provide them with knowledge on how to shape this type of competence in a task group.
The workshops are designed to:
- prepare students for practical activities with a group;
- equip them with the knowledge and skills necessary for every animator in professional work with a group;
- initiate the first professional contact of students with the task group;
- show basic techniques for diagnosing a group and its needs;
- teach how to design group activities;
- provide an opportunity to work through individual stages of implementing an animation project;
- present basic evaluation techniques;
The task of the students is to prepare a project addressed to the first year of the Alternative Education with Social and Cultural Animation course.

knowledge:
- the student correctly defines a task group;
- describes and enumerates different types of task groups;
- knows the concept of 'special educational needs', is able to list all categories of students referred to by this term, knows the legal basis for working with students with special educational needs;
- knows techniques for motivating to act;
- recognizes the needs of the group on various levels;
- presents exemplary solutions to these needs;
- knows the basic techniques for diagnosing and evaluating group and project activities;
skills:
- the student designs effective tasks of the task group taking into account the capabilities of students with special educational needs;
- applies techniques and constructs evaluation tools;
- documents project activities;
- disseminates project results;
- conducts self-analysis and criticism of implemented activities;
attitudes:
- strives to effectively strengthen the work of each group member;
- individualizes the strategy of action in accordance with the current needs in the group;
- appreciates the commitment of each group member, notices their strengths and weaknesses;
- in their actions with the group, they are guided by the principle of justice and respect for the group and each participant;
Assessment criteria
The components of the credit-grade (only for settlements within the module) will be:
- current preparation of the student for classes (knowledge of the subject of readings and educational materials shown in activity during discussions in classes),
- quality of the thematic presentation prepared by the student using multimedia;
- student activity during the analysis of materials presented in classes (ability to accurately assess social situations in the group, present effective solutions to existing problems);
- attendance at classes - maximum two absences allowed, inadmissible lateness;
- preparation of an original task project in cooperation for the first year of the Alternative Education with socio-cultural animation course (degree of involvement in preparatory activities and presentation of the idea);
- project implementation (ability to cope with work in a group and for the group);
- summary of the activities carried out (involvement and activities carried out in the final stage of the project, quality of the developed project documentation and own activities).
