The aim of the "Practice in a kindergarten" subject is to enable students to have direct contact with the reality of educational and teaching work in a kindergarten facility. The internship is an integral element of professional preparation and accompanies classes in the methodology of pedagogical activity. They observe educational and teaching activities, analyzing the methods, forms and teaching resources used in working with children. They learn to set educational and teaching goals and recognize individual developmental needs and educational difficulties of children, including children with special educational needs.
During the internship, the skills of conducting pedagogical observation, cooperation with the educational team, taking actions adapted to the needs of children and planning simple educational and teaching activities are developed.
