Analysis of experiences 2300-J-PS-MP-A-A
The internship experience analysis course is designed to summarize and discuss the observations gathered by students during a 60-hour internship completed in the second year of studies (in the first and second semesters). The aim of this course is to deepen students' knowledge of the functioning of educational institutions, such as preschools and public schools. Students analyze various aspects of the institutions' work, including caregiving and educational tasks, work organization, roles and responsibilities of staff, and the types of documentation maintained. The course also provides an opportunity for students to exchange experiences and reflect on the differences in pedagogical and organizational approaches between preschools and schools, which supports their understanding of the specifics of working with children of different ages and the development of their pedagogical competencies.
