Learning outcomes
After completing the course the student:
-possesses the basic information on structure and functions of voice system
-knows the rules of proper voice emission in speech and singing
-knows and applies the exercises improving the work of breathing system, phonic and articulation systems
-knows and applies the exercises of improving the technique of speech, its clearness and expression
-knows and applies the rules of correct Polish pronunciation
-is able to work out a text regarding such factors as phrasing, stressing, intonation, pace of speech
-knows the recommendations and indications in protecting the voice system form overusing
Assessment criteria
-Active participation in classes
-systematical assessment of work on voice production by doing exercise improving the function of voice system
-knowledge of basic matters regarding the structure and function of voice system
-preparing a literary text intended for a public performance
