State Aid in the Energy Sector 2200-EU025
The objective of this subject is to explore the legal framework surrounding state support in the energy sector, with
a particular emphasis on the context of European Union state aid law. Upon completion of the subject, students will possess the ability to articulate the permissible and prohibited forms of state intervention within the energy sector. Furthermore, they will be equipped to identify appropriate actions and the corresponding circumstances under which the state should intervene.
