Legal Framework of the Investments Process in the Energy Sector 2200-EU023
The primary objective of this course is to present the legal acts governing the realisation of investment projects within the power industry. Extensive analysis will be conducted on the solutions outlined within the European Union legal acts pertaining to investment projects in the power industry, along with an exploration of their implementation within national contexts. As a result of completing this course, students will possess a comprehensive understanding of the legal framework governing investment projects in the energy sector and will grasp the implications of this framework on the functioning of the respective market.
