The objective of this course is to present the legal, economic, and technical conditions concerning the establishment of a sustainable transport system within the European Union. Additionally, it aims to explore the legal and economic conditions relevant to promoting sustainable development within enterprise activities. Furthermore, the course will delve into the fundamental principles of European Union and international nuclear law. Lastly, it will provide an overview of the pivotal acts and principles of international law applicable to the energy sector.

Knowledge: the graduate knows and understands:
- new methods of generating electricity and smart grid considerations;
- basic technical condition of electricity production, natural gas, renewable energy sources and nuclear energy;
- multidimensionality of climate law including scientific and political conditions;
- synergies and difference in climate and energy law;
- explain interconnections between current geopolitical and environmental situation and legal measures enshrined in energy and climate law;
- explain and compare political and economic conditions influencing legal measures adopted in energy and climate law;
- prepare legal texts, use legislative technique;
- is skilled in the use of professional press, vocabulary, signs, abbreviations on specific issues in energy and climate law;
Social competences: the graduate is ready to conduct interdisciplinary research related to issues responding to the needs of energy companies and public administration;
