Prerequisites (description)
The basis for the creation of this block was the concept of providing comprehensive knowledge on the norms regulating the banking system. Banking law, although it is a separate branch of law, consists of civil law and administrative law regulations. Hence, it is divided into three subjects: Banking Law, Private Banking Law and Public Banking Law, and the third component of the block, Mixed Payment Services and Innovation.
