After completing the course, the student:
– Possesses an in-depth understanding of the conceptual framework of administrative law
– Is able to identify the key mechanisms and processes operating within public administration
– Has advanced knowledge of the institutions of administrative law
– Can efficiently locate key regulations of administrative law
– Understands the challenges posed by digitalization and civilizational changes
– Is able to engage in discussions on key issues of administrative law, such as the role of various administrative entities or the territorial division of the state
– Is capable of selecting appropriate administrative law instruments to achieve specific objectives
– Can present the main authorities and offices functioning within the state and define their scope of competence
– Knows the rights and duties of a member of the civil service and understands the role of its key institutions
– Has knowledge of how administrative oversight is conducted
– Understands the structure of local and professional self-government in Poland
– Is prepared to work in government and local administration
Assessment criteria
Written exam. A positive grade from the workshops is a prerequisite for taking the exam.
