Master's seminar program:
- students choose, with the help of the thesis supervisor, the topic of work in the field of labor law or employment law in the public sphere
- discussion on selected topics and justification for the choice
- searching for sources of scientific information
- methodology for writing the MA thesis
- editorial issues (footnotes, citations, indexes, lists)
- copyright issues
- presentation of assumptions and plans of MA theses, discussion
- selection of literature related to the topic of the work and development of bibliography
- preparing chapters of master's theses and their presentation
- preparation for the master's examination, control questions

Learning outcomes
- the student has a basic knowledge of the methodology of scientific work to the extent necessary to prepare and defend the thesis and is able to apply it
- the student is able to search for source materials - literature and case-law necessary to solve problems related to the interpretation of legal provisions
- student is able to use legal argumentation
- the student knows the regulations in the field of labor law and Civil Service law
- student is able to interpret regulations and follow trends in doctrine and directions of law interpretation
- the student is able to formulate their own opinions on the institutions of labor law and employment law in the public sphere
- student notices other than legal aspects of labor law and employment law institutions in the public sphere
Assessment criteria
Assessment criteria:
- student activity at the seminar
- progress in the preparation of the master's thesis and its level of advancement
- timeliness in presenting part of the thesis and presentation of issues at the seminar
